The system adapts to the digital maturity level of your process participants. You can manage the repair process in two ways:

Full digitalization (inside the app)

The contractor installs the app on their device, receives a list of assigned defects, and marks items as "repaired" upon completion. The inspector or supervisor sees the status change, verifies the work on-site, and marks the defect as "completed".

📄
Traditional workflow (PDF/XLS export)

If the contractor does not use the app, generate a clear PDF report with precise defect locations on the floor plan and an Excel list. The contractor works with the printout or file, and you update the statuses in the system after their report.

FixControl is a system for logging, marking on building floor plans, and tracking construction defects — from report, through repair, to confirmed closure. It is available as a Windows and Android app plus a web panel for company configuration.

Yes. Every new account gets 30 trial packages for 365 days — no credit card required, no commitment.

The account moves to the permanent free plan: 5 floor plans, 50 active items (defects), 1 administrator account, and 10 contractor accounts. No data is deleted.

Each subscription package adds to the free plan limits: +20 floor plans, +200 active items, +5 contractor accounts and +1 sub-account, plus an extra administrator account every 5 packages. The subscription renews automatically and can be managed (changed or cancelled) anytime via the Customer Portal.

Yes. A one-time payment for 1, 6 or 12 months is available (longer periods at a discount), with no auto-renewal. When the period ends, the account returns to the free plan limits.

The system shows a limit-exceeded message (e.g. for floor plans, active items, contractor accounts or sub-accounts) and blocks adding new data of that type until you upgrade your plan. Existing data stays untouched — nothing is deleted.

The app runs on Windows computers and Android devices. On iOS, FixControl runs as a web app (PWA) — just open the site in Safari. Company configuration (estates, buildings, users, roles, contractors) is done in the web panel, accessible from any device with a browser.

Yes. FixControl is multi-tenant — your company's data (buildings, defects, users) is visible only to people from your company, and access is protected by login and JWT tokens.

The administrator adds sub-accounts in the web panel, assigning them roles (e.g. reporter, repair contractor) and access to specific buildings. Contractors can also get their own login account with the "repair contractor" role to change the status of their own defects.

Yes. The "Export" screen lets you generate an XLSX file with the defect list (for offline editing and re-import) and PDF reports with floor plans, marked defects, tables and photos — ready to send by email.
